THE TK "JUNGLE": Among our most popular items, our various configurations of high and low pulleys with or without cable crossover availability have been staples in East Coast gyms since the late 1970s. The first to offer a triceps pressdown high pulley unit with padded back support for the strictest exercise performance, this is one of many options one can add to a smooth-as-silk lat pulldown, low cable row, cable crossover with or without adjustable pulley height variation, and all with varying weight stacks in accordance with the customer's preference and needs. All of the JUNGLE components can be purchased as individual units.

LAT PULLDOWN - accurately placed seat-to-handle alignment for maximal shoulder protection
LOW CABLE ROW - proper seat height for comfort, effective line-of-pull, and low back protection

#612 TK POWER SQUAT - still the original, still the best as a barbell squat substitute or adjunctive movement. Platform size available as standard or large enough for any NFL player. #607 POWER LEG SLIDE - an orthopedically supportive angled leg press the way they are supposed to be made. No, you don't need to load forty or fifty 45 pound plates on this model to achieve effective and stimulating resistance as you do on some other models.
